Listen conducts a considerable amount of research with the children’s teen/tween, and young adult segments. Not only are we knowledgeable about and compliant with all COPPA laws and requirements, but we take extra precautions to ensure the privacy and protection of survey takers 17 years of age and younger.

When we conduct qualitative research with kids, we approach everything differently – from kid-room décor, to less intimidating "friendship pair" group formats to kid-friendly language and discussion guide format. We also encourage the use of additional activities such as pre-group creative homework, diary exercises, and parental questionnaires. Our goal is to ensure that the research process and format helps to support kids' ability to tell us what they think.
