Full Bio

Geraldine Edwards has nearly 15 years of market research experience, providing consumer insight and brand strategy development for established brands, as well as ideation, development and forecasting for new products. Prior to Listen, Geraldine worked at Diageo leading the US consumer research for Baileys Irish Cream. She also identified innovation opportunities and facilitated learning events instilling Diageo’s marketing best practices across the company. Her work at Diageo necessitated designing research studies which were highly customized and conducted in a multitude of settings: online, malls and even bars.

Geraldine has also worked in market research at Kraft Foods where in addition to implementing and analyzing fundamental types of consumer and marketplace research, she also executed and managed Jell-O’s first online advertising and brand tracking research. She also delved into understanding the Hispanic and Diabetic consumers and was more than happy to volunteer her taste test services at the Kraft Kitchens.

Geraldine graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Women’s Studies from Wellesley College. She is a wanna be gourmet chef and master sommelier. And oddly enough, she has also worked ringside at numerous World Wrestling Federation and professional boxing events.
