Kim Harmon has been helping companies make smarter marketing and product development decisions for over twelve years.  She provides strategic level interaction with clients-designing market research that delivers results-oriented implications for their businesses. She has overseen countless quantitative research studies spanning a vast array of objectives and has moderated hundreds of focus groups and in-depth interviews.

Her business experience spans industries including high-tech, video gaming and entertainment, retail, health and beauty, consumer packaged goods, consumer electronics, and more.  Prior to founding Listen Research, Kimberlie directed the market research function for Electronic Arts and EA.com and was the Director of Custom Research for the R. L. Polk Corporation.  And now, in addition to her role with Listen Research, she is an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco where she teaches Foundations of Business Research to graduate level students as well as an Advisory Board Member for the Certificate in Game Development Program at Cal State University, Fullerton.

Kim graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Economics and received her M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
