Anne has designed and conducted focus groups, one-on-one interviews, phone surveys, internet surveys and usability tests for a wide variety of industries. An experienced focus group moderator, she was previously asked to train the internal market research team for a Fortune 500 corporation.
In a prior position with R.L. Polk, Anne created and directed syndicated studies that were purchased by manufacturers, retailers, and media outlets. Earlier in her career, Ms. Knight worked as the in-house market research supplier for Philips Consumer Electronics at their North American headquarters. While there, she conducted product development research and was involved with brand tracking and advertising projects.
Among her clients, Anne is known for providing prompt, personal attention and actionable reports. She received her Bachelor of Arts from The University of California, Los Angeles.
